This is my first time using Captain Rotor. Jessie and Tommie were very professional in assessing what needed to be done regarding installing a new pump. Jesse arrived promptly on time and got right to work. He was extremely polite and very professional but not stuffy. He extracted enough roots to form a small tree and also helped me with some minor plumbing issues inside the house that were beyond the scope of the initial project.

My tenant was smelling a smell from her bathtub. We had it rodded with no luck and drain cleaners were not cutting the smell. Captain Rooter came out and checked the drain with a camera and found what the tech though was cracks. The took the tub out and found that the wrong P Trap size had been installed. So, simple fix without tearing up my floor. And they came out immediately. Glad we called.
